Craig Baker, Sr. LEED AP BD+C
Owner & President
Craig has over 25 years of experience working for some of the largest contractors across the country. His background ranges from retail to industrial manufacturing to stadiums.
Craig has a passion for people and shaping the culture of BAC. Outside of work Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, possibly on a beach in his native Jamaica.
John Lanier, Vice President
Operations
John has over 15 years of experience in the industry spanning multiple commercial, healthcare, and industrial markets. His passion for excellence in project development, management, and execution helps drive the culture at BAC.
Outside of work John enjoys playing golf, outdoor activities, and following his favorite sports teams.
Rob Andrews, Vice President
West Coast
Rob has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. He got his start in the commercial retail world. He went on to work as in-house construction manager for a fast-growing brewery expanding the retail and manufacturing footprint across the West Coast.
When Rob is out of the office you will find him spending time with his wife and their golden retriever, on his mountain bike or tallying another double bogey at a local golf course.
